This floating village development contains 55 floating home. There are three types of homes:
- Type Vancouver, detached (solo’s)
- Type Sydney, semi detached (twins)
- Type Seattle, connected (tripple), these are rental homes
All homes have three stories, a lot of light and water-sight and the possibility of mooring your own boat next to your home.
