Nessy Floating Hotel

Nessy Floating hotel concept is not just another floating hotel concept just to be afloat, it takes advantage of the fact that floating constructions are much easier to move about so you can change the configuration of the whole hotel for each season. In the winter you want to be close to each other and closely to the facilities. But in Summer time you would prefer a more private and isolated stay in one of these podlike luxury floating private islands.

The design of Nessy the floating hotel is by Goetz Schrader who has studied in London, Vienna, Halifax and Dusseldorf.
