Once again form the design table of dutch waterstudio.nl and Dutch Docklands comes this brilliant and daring design of a floating and rotating Hotel tower with a planned location of Dubai.
The tower is 25 stories high but the floating foundation is a mere 6m deep. The Tower will rotate on it’s floating base 1 degree every minute, therefore it will make one full circle every 6 hours. The boulevard witch connect this floating tower with the main land is a fixed floating ring-boulevard.
