New Houseboat harbour in Amsterdam

In the newly claimed aeria of IJburg in Amsterdam, a new Houseboat harbour will be constructed for fliveaboard boats. Only boats that are still in operational mode are allowed. With a public transport link next door linking this spot to the city centre with travle times of under 25 min. The new houseboat harbour is located in an open connection to the dutch waterways and close to Muiden en Pampus.

Boats upto 40m in length and nearly 7 meters wide are invited to come and take up these moorings with a leasehold of 50 years for the births.

This Harbour will ginve some nice divers flavour to the modern and minimal desgin lines of this newly developted part of Amsterdam
