New Living on Water Residences has tapped shipbuilder and industrial conglomerate CIG for the project, which entails “deluxe, organic-shaped” circular homes that evoke spaceships hovering over water. With the first floating residence to be built by 2017, the developer is looking at regional sales reaching USD50 million within 12 months of the Cityscape launch and double that by 2018.
